(Principal) Golang Development Engineer

Responsibilities

Partner closely with business stakeholders to understand functional requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions

Own the development, refactoring, upgrade, and maintenance of CRM systems — including ticketing, agent workspace, rule engine, workflow orchestration, IM, and AI-assisted modules

Tackle complex technical challenges, lead cross-team project delivery, drive system stability initiatives, and deliver reusable capabilities and component frameworks through architecture optimization

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science or a related field

5+ years of backend development experience with strong proficiency in Golang or Java (3+ years in primary language); deep understanding of language internals, data structures, and design principles. Experience with the other language is a plus

Hands-on experience building CRM systems — particularly ticketing, rule engines, workflow orchestration, IM, or agent workspace systems. Prior experience in the cryptocurrency industry or at a leading internet platform is preferred

Experience with AI-assisted development (AI Coding); familiarity with AI-powered system development (e.g., intelligent customer service, smart routing) is a strong plus

Solid foundation in data structures, computer systems, networking architecture, common algorithms, and design patterns

Proficient with mainstream service frameworks and middleware — production experience with MySQL, Redis, Kafka, etc. preferred

Able to independently produce design documents, technical specifications, and API documentation

Bilingual communication (English & Chinese) preferred

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; proactive in identifying issues, driving cross-team initiatives, and taking ownership

Fast learner with a strong sense of responsibility and initiative
