Best crypto & Web3 job boards in 2026

There isn't one job board that covers crypto hiring well for every kind of role. Here's an honest rundown of where to actually look, including where we fit and where we don't.

General crypto & Web3 boards

Web3.career is the largest and most developer-heavy of the group, with listings numbering in the tens of thousands. Good default if you're an engineer and want maximum volume, less useful if you want a curated list without noise.

CryptoJobsList leans remote-first with a DeFi/DAO focus and a steadier, more curated flow of new postings than the pure-volume boards.

Cryptocurrencyjobs.co is a straightforward general listings board, similar footprint to CryptoJobsList.

LaborX mixes full-time roles with freelance/bounty-style work and pays out in crypto, worth a look if you're open to project-based work, not just full-time roles.

Best for remote-only

Remote3.co is the clearest remote-only specialist in the space, built specifically around distributed teams rather than remote being one filter among many. If "remote" is your hard requirement, start there. RemoteOK also has a Web3/crypto filter, but it's a general remote board first, not a crypto specialist.

Design roles

Honestly, there isn't a dedicated "best design job board for Web3" — design roles live as a subcategory inside the general boards above, usually a small fraction of total listings. That's a real gap. It's part of why we built a dedicated design category page here rather than leaving it buried in an unfiltered list.

Where FindCryptoJobs fits

We're newer and smaller than Web3.career or Remote3. What we do differently: every listing links straight to the company's own application page (no relay/redirect), categories are split out per role type from day one, and we publish monthly hiring data (category mix, remote share, top hiring companies) as a real dataset, not just a listings feed. If you want the single largest pool of postings, use Web3.career. If you want a cleaner, category-first view with real hiring trend data attached, that's what we're for.
