Data Product Manager
Responsibilities
Own the overall planning and strategic direction of core data platforms (e.g., event tracking center, attribution platform, metadata management, data warehouse portal), managing the full lifecycle from user research and requirements design through resource coordination to project delivery
Define and standardize end-to-end data collection solutions, establish Data Quality Control (DQC) monitoring specifications and governance standards to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency across the entire data pipeline
Explore and implement AI applications within data platform products — driving intelligent platform upgrades (e.g., smart data discovery, automated data governance, AI-assisted analytics) while integrating AI tools into daily workflows and fostering team-wide AI capability building
Lead the product-side implementation of regulatory data compliance: interpret regulatory data requirements, translate raw compliance mandates into data definitions and metric specifications actionable by both the big data team and business teams, and drive the end-to-end delivery of data reporting projects from requirement breakdown and solution design through development and delivery
Deeply engage with engineering, QA, upstream/downstream teams, and business units; coordinate cross-functional resources to drive infrastructure projects, and establish efficient cross-team collaboration mechanisms and release iteration processes
Lead platform promotion and operations: produce high-quality product documentation in both English and Chinese, deliver product training and enablement sessions to business teams, and collect feedback across markets to drive continuous platform iteratio
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field preferred
Fluent in English with ability to work in an English-speaking environment
Proficient in SQL; familiar with machine learning models
Excellent business analysis skills with sharp data insight and structured thinking
3+ years of product management experience
Proven AI implementation experience — familiar with mainstream LLM capabilities and application patterns; demonstrated success integrating AI into data products or workflows
Understanding of compliance and regulatory frameworks in finance or cryptocurrency (e.g., tax reporting data, transaction reporting); experience interpreting regulatory requirements or delivering data reporting projects is preferred
Strong communicator with high business sensitivity; able to quickly grasp business context and bridge the gap between technology and business needs
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; self-driven with systematic thinking and strong product design logic
Strong customer orientation and user empathy — able to evaluate products from the end-user perspective, identify issues, and resolve them rapidly
Strong cross-team coordination skills, resilience under pressure, proactive work ethic, and eagerness to take on challenges
