Lead Backend Development Engineer

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and optimize the user account system (registration/login/user profiles/account management);

Design and maintain the account security framework;

Lead core development of user permission systems, session management, and authentication/authorization modules including OAuth/SSO;

Analyze system bottlenecks, resolve complex technical issues, and perform performance tuning for high-concurrency user request scenarios.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science or a related field;

5+ years of backend development experience with proficiency in Golang;

Proficient in AI-driven development using Claude Code;

Experienced in developing gRPC/HTTP APIs, with a solid understanding of concurrency principles and high-concurrency user system development;

Familiar with distributed systems; proficient in mainstream service frameworks and message middleware such as Kafka and gRPC, with an understanding of their underlying principles;

Strong logical thinking and business comprehension skills;

Experience with Docker and Kubernetes automation or DevOps practices is a plus.
