Big Data Development Engineer

Responsibilities

Lead the architecture design and development of the company's big data platform, delivering solutions for platform architecture and performance optimization, and driving rapid iteration

Build and maintain core data infrastructure — including data pipeline services, data governance platform, and algorithm/ML platform

Empower business growth through data-driven approaches, continuously enhancing the company's core competitivenes

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science or a related field; 3+ years of Java development experience with deep proficiency in Java and solid understanding of JVM internals

Familiar with mainstream frameworks (Spring, Spring MVC, MyBatis) with understanding of their underlying principles and mechanisms

Strong foundation in computer science fundamentals — operating systems, networking architecture, common algorithms, data structures, and design patterns

Familiar with distributed systems, caching, and messaging mechanisms; production experience with Redis, Kafka, Spark, Flink, ZooKeeper preferred

Experience with data platform or microservices design and development; understanding of high-availability and scalable architecture is a plus

Experience with big data component development, data governance, algorithm platform building, or AI-related development is a plus
