This is a strategic, hands-on role for someone who knows how to turn complex compensation challenges into smart, scalable programs. What You'll Do:

Develop and lead MNTN’s company-wide compensation strategy, including salary, bonus, commission, and equity programs.

Serve as a trusted partner to the Chief People Officer and executive leadership on all compensation-related topics.

Design and recommend commission structures and variable pay plans that align with sales strategy, performance metrics, and business objectives.

Own compensation benchmarking, job architecture, and market analysis to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness.

Lead the preparation of compensation reports, insights, and recommendations.

Manage annual and ad-hoc compensation planning cycles, including merit increases, promotions, and incentive payouts.

Ensure all programs comply with applicable compensation laws and regulations across jurisdictions.

Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Legal, Revenue, and People teams to align compensation initiatives with company goals.

Build, develop, and lead a high-performing compensation team to support MNTN’s scale and future growth.

What Success Looks Like

Leaders have a trusted compensation partner and a strong team equipped to support MNTN as we scale.
