Agency Partner Manager
As a Partner Manager, you're the strategic owner of a portfolio of agencies on the MNTN platform — accountable for how those accounts perform, whether they stay, and how they grow. You'll work in a dedicated partnership with your Agency Sales counterpart to co-own the growth and success of a shared book of business. The lanes are clear: they drive growth from net-new agencies and net-new brands within existing agencies — while you drive growth from the brands already running on MNTN. You bring the partner relationship and platform expertise; they bring the new-business motion. Together you're measured on the total.
That work starts with analysis. You'll spend real time inside your accounts, reviewing account and campaign strategy and performance to find what's working, what's leaving money on the table, and where an account is quietly heading toward risk. It's what catches problems early enough to prevent churn, and what makes a growth conversation credible — partners expand when you've shown them a specific path to better outcomes. Enablement is how much of that gets delivered: partners who understand the platform spend more, stay longer, and win more of their own business.
If you're motivated by digging into accounts, building real relationships, and growing a book of business, we want to hear from you.

What success looks like
Your portfolio is healthy, growing, and increasingly self-sufficient — and your Agency Sales counterpart has a clear, trusted partner in driving the overall book.
You've identified and created credible paths to incremental spend, whether through stronger performance, new strategies, additional channels, or broader adoption of the platform.
You can speak confidently to the health, performance, opportunity, and risk of every account in your portfolio. You know where growth is available, where performance is off track, and what action is needed next.
Partners see you as a strategic advisor, not a support resource. Agency partners come to you for guidance on campaign strategy, platform adoption, and how to get better outcomes for their clients.
You prevent churn rather than react to it. You identify declining performance, engagement, or spend early, understand the underlying issue, and mobilize the right resources to address it.
The agencies you support understand how to use MNTN effectively, adopt relevant products and features, and can confidently bring MNTN into more client conversations without relying on you for every step.
You turn analysis into action. Account reviews don't end with observations. You consistently translate performance data into prioritized recommendations, partner conversations, and measurable changes in account strategy.
What you’ll bring

Commercial instinct: comfort identifying an opportunity, building the case, and asking for the business.

Understanding of agency workflows, campaign lifecycle management, and how agencies make budget allocation decisions.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport across diverse audiences and seniority levels.
Proficiency in training delivery, public speaking, and facilitating workshops or webinars.
Strong analytical skills, with experience auditing campaign performance and identifying concrete optimization opportunities.
