Senior .NET Developer

10Pearls is seeking a Senior .NET Developer to support the development, enhancement, modernization, and ongoing maintenance of business-critical applications across its manufacturing and corporate environment.

This role is well suited for a senior engineer who combines strong hands-on technical expertise with the ability to understand business processes, gather requirements directly from business users, and independently design and deliver effective software solutions.

The successful candidate will operate with a high degree of autonomy and ownership, working closely with business stakeholders and distributed development teams to modernize existing systems and support growing software development demand.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, enhance, and maintain applications using the Microsoft .NET technology stack.

Develop and optimize database solutions using Microsoft SQL Server.

Work directly with business users and stakeholders to gather, clarify, and translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for application modernization, automation, and improvement.

Take ownership of assigned initiatives from requirements gathering through solution design, development, testing, deployment, and ongoing support.

Design scalable application solutions, including application architecture and database/data models.

Develop and maintain clean, reliable, maintainable, and well-documented code.

Troubleshoot production issues and identify sustainable solutions to application and data-related problems.

Collaborate effectively with globally distributed development and business teams.

Provide technical recommendations and contribute to architectural and application modernization decisions.

Manage priorities independently and deliver solutions with minimal supervision.

Required Qualifications

Strong professional experience developing applications using C# and .NET.

Advanced experience with Microsoft SQL Server, including SQL development, database design, troubleshooting, and performance considerations.

Senior-level experience designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise or business applications.

Experience with solution architecture and translating business requirements into technical designs.

Strong understanding of relational data modeling and database design.

Demonstrated ability to gather requirements directly from business stakeholders and convert them into practical software solutions.

Strong understanding of business processes and the ability to evaluate technical requirements within a broader business context.

Ability to independently own projects, applications, or major development initiatives.

Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Comfortable working with distributed and multicultural development teams.

Ability to work remotely while maintaining regular collaboration during Eastern Time business hours.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience modernizing or redeveloping legacy enterprise applications.

Experience supporting software environments with multiple interconnected business systems.

Previous experience working with manufacturing, automotive, supply-chain, ERP, operations, or other process-intensive business environments.

Experience working across the full software development lifecycle.

Experience working with offshore or nearshore development teams.

Familiarity with modern application architecture and API-based integrations.

Experience identifying opportunities to improve business workflows through technology.
