If you own a Golden Jacket, we want to talk to you. Very few people have passed every active AWS certification and earned the jacket. If you are one of them, you didn't do it for the blazer. You did it because you wanted to understand the whole platform, not just the corner of it your last project happened to touch. That breadth is exactly what this role needs and it is rarer than the certifications suggest. Amach designs and delivers cloud programs where the hard part is never one service, it's the seams between networking, security, data, cost and the people who have to run it on Monday morning. You don't need the jacket to apply. If you are three exams short and still climbing, or if you have the equivalent depth without the badges, we would still like to hear from you. We say this up front because we would rather read your application than have you rule yourself out.

Key responsibilities & duties include:

Own the architecture for major AWS engagements, from first assessment through to live running

Set the technical direction clients trust, and defend it honestly when the easy answer is wrong

Lead migration and modernization programs across compute, data, networking, and security

Build cost into the design from day one, so FinOps is a habit rather than a rescue mission

Mentor engineers and architects across the practice and raise the standard of what "good" looks like here

Work with sales and delivery leads to shape proposals you would be happy to deliver yourself

Required Experience:

Deep, current AWS expertise across multiple domains, evidenced by certification, delivery history, or both

A track record of architecting and landing large-scale cloud migrations or platform builds

Fluency in infrastructure as code, containers and modern CI/CD

Strong security and networking judgment in regulated or high-availability environments

The ability to explain a complex design to a CTO and to a delivery team in the same afternoon

Comfort being the most senior technical voice in a client room

Desirable skills:

AWS Golden Jacket, or a live run at it

Aviation or travel experience

AWS Ambassador, Community Builder, Hero, or a record of speaking and writing in public

Azure or multi-cloud exposure alongside AWS
