As we continue to grow across Central and Eastern Europe, we're looking for a Senior Manager, Performance Media Analytics to help maximise the impact of our media investments. This is going to be based in our Frankfurt office 3 days a week.

What You'll Do

Lead media performance analytics and measurement across CEE markets.

Deliver actionable insights to optimise media spend, campaign performance, and ROI.

Partner with Marketing, Ecommerce, Finance, and Agency teams to drive data-led decision making.

Develop reporting, dashboards, and performance reviews for senior stakeholders.

Support attribution, incrementality testing, and other marketing effectiveness initiatives.

Identify trends, opportunities, and recommendations that improve business outcomes.

What You'll Bring

Strong experience in media analytics, marketing analytics, or performance marketing.

Deep understanding of digital media channels and performance metrics.

Experience translating complex data into clear business recommendations.

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Experience with reporting and visualisation tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar.

Commercial mindset with a passion for driving growth through data and insights.

Experience working across multiple markets and with agency partners is advantageous.
