Accounts Payable Analyst (Maternity Cover)

Leeds / Hybrid - 3 days per week in the office (LS15 8ZB)

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Accounts Payable professional looking for a new and exciting challenge, by joining a rapidly expanding global brand.  You will have worked in a similar role and have the ability to work within a fast paced, high volume environment. This position requires self- motivation, organization, and the need to be cross functional with the business.

Validate and process invoices, ensuring the correct approval processes are followed.

Match invoices to purchase orders.

Record invoices onto Excel trackers.

Process high volume of invoices.

Reconcile statements to the ledgers.

Weekly payment runs and allocations.

Maintain a clean ledger with regular housekeeping.

Maintain confidentiality of organizational information.

Support other team members when required.

Some of the skills and experience we're looking for

Methodical and diligent with the ability to manage tight deadlines.

Good organizational and time management skills.

Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

A can-do attitude, with a strong team working ethic.
