We are looking for an International Program Analyst to join our International Programs team. You will support market entries, platform migrations, and cross-area product programmes from initial scoping through go-live, working closely with Product, Technology, Commercial, Operations, and Legal & Compliance to ensure our programmes are clearly scoped, well-coordinated, and delivered with the right level of quality and stakeholder confidence.

What the role involves

Execution

Own scoping from intake through sign-off, translating regulatory, technical and business inputs into clear requirements — from high-level planning through to detailed specifications for backlog shaping.

Produce documentation for market entries and platform migrations, partnering with Commercial, Legal, Compliance and Technical Compliance to ensure requirements support compliance and product development.

Partner with product and engineering leads to ensure programme scope is fully understood and balanced against delivery timelines.

Maintain accurate scoping and decision documentation, capturing changes, risks and rationale to support programme governance and audit expectations.

Collaboration

Develop strong working relationships across Product, Technology, Commercial, Operations, Legal, Security, AML and Technical Compliance teams.

Set clear expectations with stakeholders and communicate progress, priorities and outcomes effectively.

Keep workstreams aligned and coordinated, escalating risks and blockers as needed.

Vision & Strategy

Align programme work with the organisation's broader strategic direction.

Build deep knowledge of our platforms and products to identify scope gaps and define scope for new market launches and programmes.

What we are looking for

Solid experience in a business, programme or analyst role within a regulated industry.

Strong familiarity with sports betting and gaming regulations, or the ability to build this knowledge quickly.

Proven ability to turn regulatory and technical requirements alongside business needs into clear, actionable scope and documentation.

Experience collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders from inside and outside the organisation.

Excellent communication skills, including the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Strong time-management and organisational abilities, comfortable handling multiple workstreams and programmes at once.

Proficiency in English, written and verbal.

Nice to have

Experience with platform migrations, market entries, or other complex, multi-workstream technical programmes.

Familiarity with Jira and/or Notion.

Experience developing visual processes (e.g. process mapping).

Experience managing scope boundaries and change control.

Understanding of technology and agile development methodologies.

Experience contributing to process improvements and operational efficiency.
