Salesforce AI and CI/CD Developer

About the role

Build an AI-enabled Salesforce development environment and demonstrate its use by moving sample backlog stories through the delivery pipeline. Run AI-driven commercial data analysis once Claude is connected to the Salesforce org in mid-Phase 2. The environment must be AI-enabled by the end of week four to support backlog work.

Responsibilities

Build and configure the AI-enabled Salesforce development environment.

Develop and maintain the CI/CD pipeline for Salesforce changes.

Take sample backlog stories through development, validation, and deployment.

Connect and use Claude within the approved Salesforce environment.

Conduct AI-driven commercial data analysis beginning in mid-Phase 2, once the connection is available.

Document the environment, pipeline, and development practices for the team.

Required qualifications

6+ years of relevant Salesforce development experience.

Hands-on experience building and maintaining Salesforce CI/CD workflows.

Experience integrating AI tools into development workflows and applying them to data analysis.

Salesforce certification and cloud certification.

Ability to deliver a working environment against the week-four milestone.
