Revenue Enablement Lead
Your Impact on our Mission
At Zocdoc, we're on a mission to give power to the patient — and that starts with building a world-class revenue team that can effectively bring that mission to market. As a Revenue Enablement Lead, you'll be the strategic architect behind how every new revenue hire learns, ramps, and reaches full productivity. You'll own the onboarding experience from day one through independent performance for our New Business, Account Management, SMB, and Enterprise teams — designing the programs, playbooks, and measurement frameworks that turn great hires into high-impact sellers. The speed and effectiveness with which our revenue team ramps isn't just an enablement metric — it directly shapes Zocdoc's growth. That's the kind of impact you'll have in this role.
You’ll Enjoy This Role If You Are…
A systems thinker who gets energized by building programs from the ground up — not just delivering training, but designing the full operating model behind it
Deeply data-driven and obsessed with measuring what works — you believe every program should have a clear success metric and a continuous improvement loop
A trusted cross-functional partner — you know how to build credibility with senior leaders and translate business priorities into actionable learning experiences
Comfortable with ambiguity and energized by figuring out the right answer in a fast-moving, high-growth environment
Someone who genuinely cares about the people you're enabling — you understand that a great onboarding experience changes the trajectory of someone's career
Collaborative but opinionated — you bring a clear point of view to the table and know how to align stakeholders around a shared direction

Acting as the subject matter expert on onboarding strategy, influencing decisions with business data, learner insights, and performance trends
