About the role

Nuitée is hiring a Market Manager to own and grow a portfolio of directly contracted hotels across Mexico, on our Direct Supply team. You'll be the day-to-day point of contact for these hotels, making sure they're priced right, technically live, and consistently producing bookings through Nuitée rather than leaking to third-party channels.

You'll work closely with a small, tight-knit LATAM supply group, market managers in Brazil and Colombia and a sourcing manager in the Caribbean, who cover for each other when needed. Depending on how your portfolio develops, there may also be some sourcing of new hotel partners in Mexico.

What makes it interesting for you:

You own a ~100-hotel portfolio end-to-end, in a market Nuitée is actively putting more focus and investment behind

LATAM direct supply is becoming a real priority as we grow demand in the region — your work directly shapes how much of that growth we capture

You'll work with a brand-new, API-first extranet that gives you an edge on pricing, promotions and availability versus what hotels are used to from Booking.com or Expedia

One of the tightest teams at Nuitée: small, no manager layer in between, so you're genuinely close with the peers you work with daily

Nuitée has grown 10x since 2022, and was profitable already before raising a $48M Series A led by Accel. Growing direct supply in LATAM is part of that next chapter.

The kind of problems you'll work on:

A hotel in your portfolio isn't producing bookings, is it price, availability, a technical issue, or missing promotions? You dig in and fix it.

A hotel keeps losing bookings to Booking.com or Expedia even though you have the same inventory listed, how do you win that booking back to direct?

You spot a gap in your Mexico coverage, is it worth sourcing a new hotel partner yourself, or flagging it to the wider team?

Your dashboards show a dip across part of your portfolio, what's the root cause, and what's your plan to reverse it?

This role fits someone who:

Has 3+ years of experience in hotel account management, revenue management, market management, or travel distribution

Knows the Mexican hotel and travel market

Is comfortable working with data, dashboards and performance metrics day to day

Has strong negotiation and relationship-building skills, you're the one getting hotels to agree to better prices and promotions

Has a strong sense of urgency and follows things through to resolution, not just flags them

Is based in Mexico, and open to occasional travel within the region if needed

If that resonates, we'd love to hear from you. You can apply with your LinkedIn profile or CV.
