Senior Monitoring Specialist
About the role
Casablanca preferred, also open to Europe
Nuitée is hiring a Senior Monitoring Specialist to sit between our Monitoring team and our Key Account Management (KAM) team, turning performance data into clear, actionable commercial insight.
You'll focus on Nuitée's Top 20 clients — the accounts that represent around 80% of our business — making sure our KAMs always know what's happening across their portfolio, why it's changing, and what to do about it.
This is a brand-new role at Nuitée. You won't just report on what's happening — you'll investigate it, recommend the action, and follow it through until it's actually resolved.
What makes it interesting for you:
You own the analysis and the recommendation for the accounts that matter most to the business — real, visible impact from day one
You work at the intersection of data and commercial strategy, combining real-time monitoring with genuine business judgment
You build direct relationships with KAMs and senior stakeholders across Supply, Engineering, Connectivity and Product — high visibility, not a back-office analyst role
You help define how this role works: there's no playbook yet, so the processes and standards you set become how Nuitée does this going forward
Nuitée has grown 10x since 2022, and was already profitable before raising a $48M Series A led by Accel. As the company scales, understanding exactly what's happening with our most important clients — and acting on it fast — matters more than ever.
The kind of problems you'll work on:
How do we know within hours, not days, that a top client's performance has shifted — and why?
How do we turn dashboards and alerts into one clear, prioritised recommendation a KAM can act on immediately?
How do we connect a commercial signal — TTV, bookings, conversion — to its real root cause, whether that's the client, a supplier, a technical issue or connectivity, fast enough to fix it before it becomes a bigger problem?
How do we build the reporting and dashboards that make this repeatable, rather than something that lives in one person's head?
This role fits someone who:
Has 3+ years of experience in data analysis, monitoring, revenue operations, commercial operations, account management or a similar analytical role
Has strong analytical skills and is comfortable working with large datasets to spot meaningful trends
Understands commercial performance metrics — TTV, revenue, traffic, conversion, bookings — and what actually moves them
Has a strong commercial mindset: you don't just observe, you recommend
Is confident working closely with KAMs and senior stakeholders, and comfortable being the person others rely on for a clear read on what's going on
Is highly organised, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple accounts and priorities at once
Experience with JIRA, HubSpot or similar tools is a plus; a technical understanding of APIs, connectivity or travel technology is a bonus, not a requirement
You will do well here if you're naturally investigative, comfortable owning a relationship with senior stakeholders, and energised by turning data into decisions.
This is less suited to someone who prefers to simply report numbers without digging into them, wants a fully defined process to step into from day one, or would rather stay behind the scenes than work directly with commercial teams.
If that resonates, we'd love to hear from you. You can apply with your LinkedIn profile or CV.
The interview process is straightforward: a conversation with our Talent team, followed by a conversation with the hiring manager.
