Monitoring Specialist
About the role
Casablanca (on-site) — 24/7 rotating shifts, including nights, weekends and public holidays
Nuitée is hiring a Monitoring Specialist to join our 24/7 Monitoring team and become one of the people who keeps our clients, suppliers and technical platforms running smoothly around the clock.
You'll watch the metrics that matter: revenue, bookings, traffic, conversion, API health, supplier connectivity; spot when something looks off, dig into why, and make sure the right people know about it fast. Some days that means catching a supplier connectivity issue before a client even notices it; other nights it means being the person who keeps a live incident under control until it's resolved.
This is a growing team, and you'll be joining at a foundational moment: a lot of the monitoring tooling and dashboards you'll rely on don't exist yet, which means you'll have real input into building them.
What makes it interesting for you:
Real ownership from day one: you'll help design the dashboards, KPIs and monitoring processes the team runs on going forward — not just follow an existing playbook
Broad visibility across the business: you'll work directly with Engineering, Key Account Managers and leadership, and become the person people trust for a clear read on what's actually happening
You'll build a rare skill set: reading dense operational data fast, diagnosing root cause across client, supplier, connectivity, API and mapping issues, and knowing exactly when to act versus escalate
You're joining a fast-growing company: Nuitée has grown significantly since 2022 and raised a $48M Series A led by Accel, and this team is central to keeping that growth healthy
The kind of problems you'll work on:
Why did bookings or revenue for this client just drop — and what do we do about it?
Is this API error a one-off blip or the start of something bigger?
Is this a client issue, a supplier issue, a connectivity issue, or something in mapping?
How do we build the dashboards and alerts so the team catches problems before they become incidents?
This role fits someone who:
Has 2+ years of experience in monitoring, operations, data analysis, technical support, revenue operations or a similar role
Is comfortable working with large volumes of data, and genuinely enjoys spotting patterns and anomalies in it
Has strong Excel/Google Sheets skills (SQL or BI experience is a plus)
Can investigate issues using logs, dashboards and system data without needing someone to hold their hand
Communicates clearly — you can explain a technical or data-driven issue so people who aren't in the weeds with you understand it and act on it
Stays calm and makes good calls under pressure, especially during live incidents
Is genuinely available for 24/7 rotating shifts, including nights, weekends and public holidays
Bonus if you've worked in travel technology, OTAs, bedbanks, hotel distribution or connectivity, or have a basic understanding of APIs and technical integrations.
You will do well here if you're proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable being the one making decisions independently overnight, without a manager standing over your shoulder.
This is less suited to someone who needs a lot of structure to operate, prefers to escalate everything rather than investigate first, or isn't looking for a role with a non-standard schedule.
If that resonates, we'd love to hear from you. You can apply with your LinkedIn profile or CV. The interview process is straightforward and moves quickly.
