Manager, Media Analytics
Position Overview
We're seeking a Manager, Media Analytics to lead predictive measurement of our media investments across channels—building forward-looking models that anticipate performance, uncover insights, and fuel smarter, faster decisions.
This role will join a growing Global Marketing Analytics Team, transforming data into clear actions that optimize marketing performance and guide media, social, and creative strategies. The ideal Manager, Media Analytics will thrive in SharkNinja's fast-moving culture — balancing rigor with pragmatism, and using predictive data not only to measure performance but to influence decisions and spark the next opportunity.
This position covers Manager-level roles across our AMER team (Needham, MA, HQ), aligned to the Shark and Ninja brands in the US, Canada, and MX/LatAm markets, and our EMEA team (London, UK), aligned to the UK, France/Germany and other European markets.
Key Responsibilities
Predictive Modeling: Build and maintain predictive and forecasting models—spanning MMM, attribution, and incrementality—to anticipate media performance and guide allocation decisions before results are final.
KPI Measurement: Own the metrics that matter, ensuring media activity is measured against clear goals and forecasted with increasing precision over time, and that agency partners are held accountable against these benchmarks through robust governance and performance management.
Cross-Channel Optimization: Partner with internal teams and agencies to pivot strategies based on real-time insights and forward-looking model outputs.
Audience and Creative Effectiveness: Partner with internal teams and agencies to analyze audience and creative effectiveness across SharkNinja’s product categories, leading with data-informed insights.
Brand & Talent Evaluation: Monitor and report out on brand health and ambassador performance by analyzing consumer sentiment data, ensuring celebrity investments align with SharkNinja's brand identity and drive measurable advertising lift.
Signal Detection: Proactively identify signals, anomalies, or emerging patterns in media and market data to flag risks or opportunities before they escalate.
Reporting & Dashboards: Build and maintain concise, audience-appropriate dashboards that highlight what's working, what isn't, and where predictive models point next. Collaborate with Data & Engineering teams to maintain the integrity of the media analytics ecosystem, where data quality is validated, and dashboards provide accurate, actionable insights.
Insights to Action: Translate complex, model-driven data into compelling stories that lead to concrete recommendations and immediate adjustments.
Team & Stakeholder Partnership: Mentor junior analysts and partner closely with regional marketing, brand, performance and agency stakeholders to embed predictive thinking into day-to-day media decisions.
