Fashion Marketing Account Director
***Proficiency in spoken and written English at an advanced level is required for this role.
A day in the life:
You'll own a portfolio of 4–6 fashion and apparel accounts. These clients move fast — seasonal drops, trend-driven creative, influencer campaigns that need to be in market in days, not weeks.
The growth constraints in fashion are usually one of three things: the brand is winning on product but losing on customer acquisition efficiency; they're acquiring customers but not retaining them; or their creative is outpacing their targeting strategy (or vice versa). Your job is to find which one it is, build the roadmap, and hold the team to it.
Responsibilities:
Employ AI technologies to enhance and optimize business processes
Utilize and leverage Power Digital's Nova ecosystem as it relates to your department
Run quarterly Power Circuit reviews — diagnose growth constraints across Business, Audience, Product, Messaging, Channels, and Measurement, with close attention to creative performance and cohort retention trends
Maintain a working understanding of fashion business fundamentals, including pricing strategy, merchandising, and multi-channel distribution (DTC, wholesale, retail, marketplaces, etc)
Own the senior client relationship; QBRs should connect creative and campaign decisions back to business outcomes
Coordinate paid search, paid social, influencer, SEO, email, and creative teams — in fashion these functions depend on each other more than in most other verticals
Consult on customer retention strategy: repeat purchase rate, LTV by acquisition cohort, and loyalty mechanics
Manage retention and expansion; lead renewals; grow MRR
Build multi-threaded relationships with multiple layers of client contacts so no single point of contact departure puts an account at risk
Ensure daily use of our proprietary technology (Iris and nova), Pulse (client performance and sentiment tool) cadence at 100%, and Power Circuit (our diagnostic system) compliance across managed ADs
Coach and give direct feedback to analysts and specialists
Role Requirements:
6+ years in fashion or apparel marketing, agency or brand side
Understands how creative strategy and media strategy interact — has an opinion on which comes first and why
Fluent in the influencer and UGC ecosystem: knows how to brief, evaluate, and scale it without losing brand control
Comfortable with DTC-first brands and understands the economics: CAC, LTV, repeat rate, margin by channel
Experience with Meta-heavy media mixes and the measurement challenges that come with them — incrementality testing, creative fatigue, audience saturation
Has worked with brands that move seasonally and knows how to build a strategy that accounts for it
Track record of retaining and growing accounts
