Currently we are looking for a Freelance Paid Media Marketing Specialist to support our employer branding and recruitment marketing campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, and Google Ads. We’re in search of someone who can not only launch campaigns, but also help us make smart decisions around targeting, budgets, creatives, and ongoing optimization - with a clear focus on attracting relevant tech talent.
Workload: around 7–10 hours per week (fewer or more hours depending on seasonality).
Duties:
Set up and launch paid advertising campaigns across LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, and Google Ads (and potential new platforms)
Build and refine audiences for recruitment and employer branding campaigns
Recommend the most effective campaign objectives, formats, placements, and budget allocation
Set up tracking and ensure campaigns are measured correctly
Monitor campaign performance and optimize toward key recruitment marketing KPIs
Analyze results and provide clear, actionable recommendations
Identify opportunities to improve traffic quality, conversions, and cost efficiency
Collaborate with the N-iX Employer Brand/Marketing team on campaign launches and ongoing optimization
Requirements:
Hands-on experience managing paid campaigns across Meta/LinkedIn and Google (2+ years)
Strong understanding of performance marketing, targeting, remarketing, and conversion funnels
Confident knowledge of campaign analytics and key metrics (CTR, CPC, CPM, CPA/conversions, and more)
Ability to interpret campaign data and turn it into practical optimization decisions
Proactive approach: we value someone who can challenge assumptions and suggest better ways to reach the target audience
Good English language skills
