A day in the life:

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you’ll be hands-on in keeping our fast-paced recruitment engine running efficiently. Each day, you’ll manage candidate pipelines across multiple roles, coordinate interviews, and ensure timely, thoughtful communication with every candidate. You’ll work closely with recruiters and hiring managers—taking full ownership of tasks like resume vetting, proactive outreach, daily screening calls, and end-to-end interview coordination.

Staying organized, moving with urgency, and delivering accurate reporting will be essential to your success. You'll also play a key role in sourcing efforts, using creativity and strategy to attract top talent across the U.S. and LATAM. Whether you’re building strong candidate benches or supporting diversity-focused initiatives, your contributions will directly shape the future of hiring at Power Digital.

Key Responsibilities:

Support high-volume recruitment by managing candidate sourcing, profile tracking, job postings, and interview coordination in Greenhouse (ATS).

Schedule and reschedule interviews across multiple rounds with hiring managers, department leaders, and the executive team based on calendar availability.

Ensure timely and clear candidate communication, maintaining a 24-hour turnaround time for interview scheduling and next-step follow-ups.

Guide candidates through the hiring pipeline with speed, accuracy, and a focus on delivering a positive experience.

Collaborate with hiring managers throughout the recruitment process and co-lead bi-weekly People Planning meetings to align on hiring priorities.

Manage the employee referral process

Provide TA, HR, and executive leadership with accurate and timely ad hoc reporting.

Champion and participate in Diversity & Inclusion initiatives and identify areas of opportunity to improve equity in hiring.

Support the Talent Acquisition internship program and assist with special projects as needed.

Employ AI technologies to enhance and optimize business processes

Utilize and leverage Power Digital's Nova ecosystem as it relates to your department

Exposure to recruitment and/or HR

Proficiency in spoken and written English at an advanced level

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

KPI #1 - Manage inbound talent pools across 5+ roles

KPI #2 - Maintain an average time-to-fill of 45 days or less for all open requisitions

KPI #3 - Support recruitment team with quick and accurate scheduling of next steps for candidates within 24 hours

Most Important Things (MITs)

Screen approximately 15 new candidates weekly and build a proactive bench for current and future roles.

Decrease level of hiring managers responsibility in the recruitment process including vetting resumes, passive outreach, scheduling interviews and next steps

Ensure efficacy in all data reporting
