About the Role

We're hiring a Sr. Growth Marketing Manager to own and drive measurable growth outcomes across Chime Enterprise's B2B2C funnel — the path that turns eligible employees at our employer partners into enrolled, funded, and engaged Chime members.

Chime Enterprise is Chime's B2B business, with a vision to be the premier HR benefits platform dedicated to holistic financial wellness. Our flagship product, Chime Workplace, gives employers an all-in-one financial wellness suite at no cost — spanning capital management (including MyPay at Work), capital growth, credit building, and rewards and loyalty (Salt). Sales and Customer Success win and onboard employer partners; once a partner is live, we gain access to their workforce — their eligible employees. Converting those eligible employees into Chime members is the challenge this role owns, and mastering it unlocks one of the most powerful and defensible distribution channels at Chime.

This role is embedded directly within the cross-functional Chime Enterprise growth effort and operates as the growth owner, not just a marketing advisor. You'll sit at the intersection of growth strategy, experimentation, performance analysis, and product marketing craft: identifying opportunities, prioritizing and running experiments, and driving metric movement against clear goals. While the role retains core product marketing strengths — research, positioning, and messaging — it goes further by owning results and tradeoffs.

The base salary offered for this role and level of experience will begin at $150,000.00 and up to $208,000.00. Full-time employees are also eligible for a bonus, competitive equity package, and benefits. The actual base salary offered may be higher, depending on your location, skills, qualifications, and experience.

In this role, you can expect to

Growth Ownership & Strategy

Own end-to-end growth strategy and outcomes for Chime Enterprise's employee-side funnel, from opportunity sizing through roadmap delivery against quarterly and annual goals.

Serve as the embedded growth lead for Enterprise, co-owning planning with Enterprise Product, Engineering, and Analytics and with Growth Marketing's channel teams.

Build a repeatable model for converting eligible employees into members that scales across partners rather than being rebuilt deal by deal.

Funnel & Experimentation

Drive performance across the B2B2C funnel — worksite awareness, enrollment, funding, direct deposit, and early retention — with deep ownership of employer landing pages, eligibility flows, and in-product onboarding.

Own the Enterprise experimentation roadmap, designing reads that hold up at partner-sized cohorts and deciding what to scale, iterate, or sunset.

Lead creative and messaging execution for experiments and launches across paid, lifecycle, and owned surfaces.

Offers & Qualified Acquisition

Own incentives, promotions, and offers that drive qualified acquisition of primary banking relationships — balancing cost per enrollment, activation quality, and long-term value, within partner agreement and compliance guardrails.

Partner with Lifecycle to connect enrollment, onboarding, and retention into one journey.

GTM & Measurement

Lead GTM for employer launches, building the playbooks, campaign kits, and reporting that Sales, Customer Success, and GTM/Ops reuse at every go-live.

Track pacing against goals and translate results into clear briefs and recommendations for Enterprise and Growth Marketing leadership.

To thrive in this role, you have

8+ years of experience in growth marketing, product marketing, performance marketing, or a related role (level dependent).

Proven experience driving measurable growth through experimentation and optimization, including owning a funnel metric end to end.

Experience marketing to end users through a partner, employer, or channel relationship — B2B2C, workplace or benefits marketing, marketplace, or embedded distribution — and comfort operating when you don't fully control the audience or the channel.

Strong analytical skills; ability to define success metrics, track performance, extract insights, and reason clearly about statistical confidence when sample sizes are constrained.

Experience partnering closely with Product, Engineering, and Analytics teams, plus commercial partners like Sales and Customer Success.

Strong storytelling and communication skills — able to translate insights into action, and to speak credibly to both internal stakeholders and external HR partners.

Strong executive communications and the ability to influence and instill confidence.

Nice to have: HR tech, benefits, payroll, or earned wage access experience; familiarity with tools like Looker, Braze or Customer.io, and web experimentation platforms; comfort operating in a regulated environment.
