Track Coach
We are looking for a results-driven Elementary School, Middle School and High School Sports Coaches to join our community.
In This Role, You Will
Be a part of a highly motivated team committed to education reform, parent choice, and the building of exemplary schools;
Collaborate with coaches across the network to build a world-class athletics program;
Inspire a love for sport and encourage critical thinking through rigorous instruction;
Coordinate and lead family meetings;
Receive routine, ongoing feedback and support from an outstanding leadership team and faculty.

Have experience coaching youth and/or collegiate teams;
Have an advanced understanding/experience of Track and Field, Cross Country, and Long-distance running.
Are able to manage both administrative and coaching aspects of the position in a timely and organized manner;
Are able to develop/teach concepts such as teamwork, healthy lifestyles, sportsmanship;
Possess a demonstrated track record of propelling students’ understanding and love of sport;
Experience working with K-12 grades in a school setting (a plus);
Have a drive to ensure that joyful, rigorous instruction is delivered to every scholar, every day;
Ability to become part of the school community and build relationships with key stakeholders and all constituents
Minimum Qualifications
A bachelor’s degree before your first day of work with Success Academy (a background in education is not required)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Passion for learning and commitment to student development
Ability to work in person in New York City ($2500 stipend for qualified relocations)

$65,000—$65,000 USD
