About the Role

Our team drives global demand and supply planning across all hardware product lines, optimizing forward and reverse inventory across regional warehouses to fulfill customer demand.

As our supply chain continues to evolve with the growing business, we're looking for a supply chain specialist to own supply execution and outcomes for assigned manufacturing partners and a portfolio of key component suppliers. You’ll manage these supplier relationships directly, make the planning calls for your products, and partner closely with hardware, operations, and finance teams to keep builds on schedule.

We are committed to a thriving in-office culture. This role requires that you be on-site at our office in Taipei, Taiwan 5 days a week.

What You'll Do

Track material readiness, production status, logistics, and drive resolution when builds are at risk.Supplier Management: Directly manage relationships with key component suppliers (e.g., SoC, image sensor, memory) and distributors/brokers. Consolidate pull-in requests and open issues across internal teams, hold suppliers to their commitments, and drive issues to closure.

Demand & Supply Planning: Own forecasting and demand/supply planning for assigned products, identify supply gaps early and mitigate potential supply risks.

Data & Financial Operations: Own ERP data integrity for your suppliers and products. Verify and process supplier invoices and internal billing in partnership with the AP team.

Cross-Functional Partnership: Partner with Hardware Engineering, Operations, Finance, and external partners (suppliers, warehouses, 3PLs) to keep shared work moving.

Global Collaboration: Work closely with US-based teams and global suppliers across time zones. This includes regular early-morning calls (Taiwan time) to keep decisions moving.

What You Bring

Experience: 2-4 years of experience in supply chain planning, material planning, procurement, or supplier management. Hardware or electronics manufacturing experience preferred. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Economics, Finance, or a related field.

Supplier & Partner Management: Track record of managing external suppliers or manufacturing partners directly. Familiarity with electronic components (SoC, image sensors, memory) is a plus.

Data Fluency: Strong Excel/Google Sheets modeling skills (e.g., pivot tables, lookups, working with large datasets).

Systems & Domain Knowledge: Experience with ERPs, supply chain planning platforms, and warehouse management systems.

Communication: Fluent written and verbal English and Mandarin. Confident managing suppliers and working with US-based teams.
