Your Mission

As our Web3 Intern, your mission is to efficiently support daily operations across both the Product and Marketing sides of our Web3 initiatives. You will work in a fast-paced, constantly adapting start-up environment with high creative freedom, making a real impact on the VSN community.

You won't just be assisting; we aim to empower you to independently own specific workstreams end-to-end. By driving results and cross-functional collaboration across the entire Web3 organization, you will play a key role in supporting product discovery, content creation, and tokenization initiatives.

What You’ll Do

Product & Market Support: Support product work from initial discovery to implementation, and scout the landscape for innovations and potential partners.

Tokenization Initiatives: Spearhead tokenization initiatives in the Web3 space, working closely with the Vision and Bitpanda Web3 organization.

Marketing & Content: Brainstorm content ideas, provide copywriting suggestions, manage the social media calendar, and support community management (including prize distributions).

Project & Asset Management: Draft, manage, and track CRM, visual, and legal briefings via internal ticketing systems.

Data & Tracking: Set up and take ownership of success tracking processes and data ingestions.

Who You Are

Student or Recent Grad: You are studying or have a background in product, marketing, business, communications, or a related field.

Language Skills: You are a native German speaker.

Detail-Oriented & Analytical: You have strong attention to detail combined with a data-driven mindset.

Organized Contributor: Ideally, you have experience with project management, marketing campaigns, and product discovery.

Crypto Enthusiast (Bonus): You possess domain knowledge or a strong interest in Web3 and Crypto.
