The Site Logistics & Materials Coordinator is the site-level execution arm of Supply Chain. You'll make sure materials and equipment arrive on time, in good condition, and in the quantities expected — and that they're stored in compliance with warranty and vendor specifications when they can't go straight onto the pad as construction is ready. Day to day, you'll maintain a real-time log of equipment delivered by OEMs, perform weekly physical audits against system records to ensure nothing is lost or duplicated, and work with category management and vendors to resolve delivery issues, shortages, damaged shipments, and documentation gaps. You're the person who protects the project schedule and asset value by keeping tight control over everything that crosses the site gate.

ABOUT YOU

You have 3+ years in site logistics, materials management, warehousing, or construction supply chain — ideally on large industrial, energy, or data center projects

You know receiving and inventory control cold: cycle counts, reconciliations, and keeping the system of record matched to what's physically in the yard

You understand how OEM equipment (transformers, switchgear, generators, long-lead mechanical/electrical) needs to be handled and stored, and what improper storage does to a warranty

You're comfortable in an ERP or inventory system and disciplined about documentation — BOLs, packing lists, condition photos, certifications

You communicate directly and push issues to resolution the same day, whether with a freight carrier, a vendor, or category management

You're happy working outdoors on an active construction site and walking the laydown yard daily; forklift/telehandler certification is a plus
