Senior Threat Advisor
As a Threat Response Advisor, you will be tasked with serving as a trusted advisor for SentinelOne's Managed Detection & Response (MDR) customers — guiding them from onboarding through ongoing service delivery, and advising on endpoint protection, threat detection, incident response, and recovery.
What Will You Do?
Primary responsibilities include:
Own the MDR service delivered to your assigned customers, partnering with their Customer Success Manager, sales rep, and Technical Account Manager on all issues and initiatives.
Lead initial customer engagement: introduce the MDR service scope and SOPs, advise on Singularity Platform configuration (endpoint policies, third-party integrations), define escalation and response policies, and document environment details for the global MDR team.
Run ongoing customer engagement: review MDR operational metrics and trends, brief customers on emerging threats and recommended actions, resolve outstanding questions, and recommend corrective actions to reduce risk.
Support Proof of Concept (POC) engagements for prospective MDR customers, and represent MDR services at company events and conferences.
Stay embedded with MDR operations and the threat landscape through shadow days and rotations with analysts, investigators, and engineers, and channel customer/prospect feedback into continuous service improvement.
What Skills and Knowledge Will You Bring?
Ideal candidates will have:
Experience as a security operations practitioner in SOC operations, security monitoring, incident investigation/response, malware analysis, threat hunting, or threat intelligence.
A strong background in security operations, incident response, or threat intelligence, with a genuine passion for protecting customers from cyber attacks.
Solid understanding of the current threat landscape, including common attacker TTPs and prominent threat actor groups.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
Proven experience managing complex customer escalations and collaborating across internal teams to drive resolution.
