Senior Technology Specialist
About the role
This is a key seat on a small, high-impact tech team inside Grüns, a fast-growing brand. You'll help design and build the systems backbone, support our order-to-cash process, and be the first line of defense on cybersecurity and IT support. You'll partner across the org, working shoulder to shoulder with the tech team to improve our stack, maintain what we've already built, and get every new hire set up to move fast on day one.
This role is part of our remote HQ! We have a fully remote, high-trust work environment - and also come together on a biannual basis for amazing off-sites where we can connect IRL.
In this role, you will:
Support and maintain our ERP and enterprise systems, including the integrations that connect them, and troubleshoot Level 1 issues as they come up
Own day to day management of our order-to-cash process across DTC and retail integrations, including SKU mappings
Coordinate with vendors and teammates on system updates, patches, and upgrades
Build and maintain QA checks that catch data and system integrity issues before they become problems
Be the first layer of tech support for hardware, software, and collaboration tools
Manage day to day cybersecurity protocols and help improve our business continuity and disaster recovery posture
Document everything: process flows, system configs, troubleshooting steps, training materials
Lead technology improvement projects end to end, from requirements gathering with stakeholders through build, testing, training, and post-live support
Run technology onboarding for new hires, from equipment and access setup to training on our systems and tools, including AI tools like Superhuman and Wispr
Partner with other departments to spot technology needs and evaluate new tools that make the org faster
We're looking for someone who:
Has 2-3 years in technology support or similar work at a fast-growing company
Has strong technical aptitude and can troubleshoot complex hardware and software issues independently
Can point to a specific workflow or process they redesigned, walk through exactly what changed and why, and show what happened as a result
Has hands on experience with ERP systems, ideally something like Fulfil or Microsoft Dynamics
Approach to the role:
You have a bias to ship. If you see three people doing something manually, you automate it before the next standup
You're fluent in AI tools and use them to work faster, and you help others do the same
You treat internal teammates like customers: responsive, patient, and clear, without being a pushover on process
You document as you go. If it's not written down, it didn't happen
You're comfortable owning ambiguity and building process where none exists yet
Compensation & Benefits:
At Grüns, we're committed to providing a competitive total compensation package — grounded in market data that considers our size, stage, industry, and location. For this role, the base salary range is $90,000-$110,000 plus bonus depending on experience, paired with a comprehensive benefits package designed to support the well-being and growth of our team.
