Manager of Demand Operations
About the role
Remote Europe or Hybrid in Barcelona / Palma
Nuitee is hiring a Demand Operations Manager to own the demand partner onboarding journey and build the team behind it.
You'll be the person who takes a partner from signed contract to their first 10 bookings: coordinating onboarding end to end, keeping BDMs, Customer Support, and Finance aligned, and building the small Implementation team that will carry this work forward.
This is a new role at Nuitee, and a new team, your job is to be that owner, the person who keeps every step, from contract to first bookings, moving.
A good way to think of it is: you're the single thread connecting the partner, the sales team, and everyone internally who needs to make onboarding happen.
What makes it interesting for you:
You own the entire partner journey, from signed contract to a partner's 10th booking, and you decide how that process works
You build something from scratch: the SOPs, the SLAs, and the KPIs you create become how Nuitee runs demand onboarding going forward
You work cross-functionally with BDMs, Customer Support and Finance, gaining a full view of how partners move through the business
You build and lead a team of your own: lead the Implementation team that carries this work forward as partner volume grows.
Nuitee has grown 10x since 2022 and stayed profitable the entire time, backed by a $48M Series A led by Accel. That growth is exactly why the gap between signed and live has become too costly to leave unowned, and why this role exists now.
The kind of problems you'll work on
How do we get a signed contract to a live, transacting partner faster?
How do we build the SOPs, SLAs, and KPIs that let onboarding scale, instead of relying on ad hoc effort?
How do we balance high-impact priorities with a consistent, scalable onboarding experience for every partner?
How do we hand a validated partner over to the Client Account Manager team in the best possible shape?
This role fits someone who
Has proven experience designing and implementing SOPs, SLAs, and KPIs from scratch
Has managed people before. It doesn't need to be a large team, but you know how to hire, lead, and develop one
Is comfortable working in HubSpot and JIRA, or picks up new tools fast
Understands how partner or client onboarding works, and isn't intimidated by cross-functional coordination
Is organised and structured, able to run multiple onboarding pipelines at once without dropping any of them
Is comfortable with ambiguity: this role and its processes are being built from scratch
Travel industry experience is a plus, not a requirement. What matters more is how quickly you get up to speed in a new domain.
You will do well here if you are hands-on, organised, and energised by owning a process end to end.
This is less suited to someone who wants a fully defined playbook from day one, prefers to stay behind the scenes, or needs heavy structure before they can move.
If that resonates, we'd love to hear from you. You can apply with your LinkedIn profile or CV. The interview process is straightforward and typically takes 2 to 3 weeks.
