Senior Campaign Manager
You'll own how we capture and convert demand across a genuinely complex, segmented go-to-market, not just execute a plan someone else has already set. This is a new role, created because we need someone who can shape strategy and channel mix, not run a fixed playbook. Mews operates in a hospitality market that's moving fast, and the campaigns you build will have a clear line to pipeline and revenue.
You'll design, run, and optimize multi-channel campaigns, spanning SEM, SEO, email, social, and content, with real say over strategy and channel mix rather than just executing what's already been decided. You'll collaborate closely with sales and marketing to keep targeting, messaging, and lead generation goals aligned.
Demand capture and conversion sits at the center of hitting our sales and revenue targets, and doing it well across a segmented go-to-market takes more than running individual channels. It takes someone who understands the buyer journey and builds campaigns that move people through it with intent, at every stage.
What you would do
Build and run demand generation strategies to hit sales and revenue targets
Manage and optimize campaigns across SEM, SEO, email, social, and content marketing
Run A/B testing and conversion rate optimization to improve campaign performance
Use AI tools to speed up campaign analysis and testing, and turn what works into a repeatable approach for the wider team
Report on campaign performance and turn the data into clear, actionable recommendations
AI Fluency Level 3: in this role that means you've already redesigned how campaign testing or reporting works for the team, not just for yourself, built a testing or optimization approach that others now follow, and you actively check AI-generated insights and recommendations rather than acting on them at face value.

Nice to have
Hands-on experience with HubSpot and Salesforce
Comfort using data and analytics to shape decisions
A track record of collaborating across sales and marketing to hit shared goals
