About the role
As a bilingual Sales and Operations Execution Planner you will be a key connector across Bradken’s Americas operations, bringing together our Chilca, Lima, Mont-Joli and Edmonton sites through effective Sales and Operations Execution (S&OE). You will translate Bradken’s S&OP plan into clear, actionable short-term priorities, bringing Sales, Supply Planning, Manufacturing, Logistics and Fulfilment teams together to keep demand and supply aligned.
Using your end-to-end supply chain expertise, you will identify and resolve imbalances, manage deviations from plan and support timely, informed decisions across the network. Your work will help Bradken respond to customer requirements while balancing manufacturing priorities, supply constraints and cost.
In this role, you will:
Support S&OE governance and facilitate meetings and processes that align Sales, Supply Planning, Logistics, Fulfilment and Manufacturing teams.
Monitor adherence to the S&OP plan, bringing stakeholders together to understand deviations, assess impacts and agree effective actions.
Coordinate with manufacturing teams to provide clear directions on priorities and short-term production plans.
Identify and resolve supply and demand imbalances collaboratively, considering the impact of decisions across the end-to-end value chain.
Provide relevant inputs to monthly S&OP and Supply Planning processes, using accurate information to support effective planning and decision-making.
Prepare clear executive-level summaries of the short-term outlook for revenue and manufacturing costs.
What you’ll bring:
A degree or suitable qualification and experience in business, logistics, Supply Chain management or a related field
Fluent English skills (will be evaluated)
French skills are highly regarded but not a must have
A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
Experience in Supply Chain processes within a global and/or complex supply chain (preferrable in heavy manufacturing or related industries)
Experience using Excel and other planning systems to support planning activities
Experience coordinating decentralized teams (in different time zones or multidisciplinary teams)
Experience developing and establishing S&OE processes
