About the role

Improving business processes and helping people successfully adopt change are critical to delivering better business outcomes. As a Process & Change Analyst, you will support process improvement initiatives by analysing impacts, documenting changes and helping teams transition to new ways of working.

Working across a range of stakeholders, you will contribute to initiatives that improve business performance, compliance and operational effectiveness. This role offers the opportunity to build your expertise in process analysis, change delivery and stakeholder engagement while supporting projects across Bradken’s global operations.

In this role, you will:

Partner with stakeholders across operational and technical teams to assess change impacts, build alignment and support the successful adoption of process improvements.

Facilitate workshops and analyse current and future-state processes, identifying gaps, risks and opportunities to improve business performance and compliance.

Translate stakeholder input into clear process documentation, change impact assessments, transition actions and implementation recommendations.

Support change readiness activities, communications and training resources that help teams understand and adopt new ways of working.

Track change actions, risks, dependencies and implementation progress, using a structured and disciplined approach to support delivery outcomes.

Support testing, validation and post-implementation reviews, using feedback and insights to strengthen future process and change initiatives.

What you’ll bring:

Tertiary qualification in Information Systems, Project Management, Business Information Systems or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.

3+ years' experience in a Process Analyst, Change Analyst, Business Analyst, Operations Support or Project Support role supporting business improvement initiatives.

Experience documenting business processes, workflows, process maps and improvement opportunities.

Experience supporting change impact assessments, stakeholder engagement activities or implementation of business change initiatives.

Experience eliciting information from stakeholders and translating it into process documentation, requirements, actions or recommendations.

Experience maintaining risk, issue, action or dependency registers within a structured project, operational or change environment.

Proficiency using Microsoft Visio, Excel, Word and PowerPoint to support process analysis, documentation and change activities.
