Our RevOps team is looking for a Specialist to join us in our Waltham or Boston office, and help support and scale operations across our Go-To-Market organization.
A successful Revenue Operations Specialist will combine strong analytical skills, systems knowledge, and operational problem-solving to make our revenue teams more efficient and effective. In this role, you will partner with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Enablement, and other GTM teams to improve processes, build scalable solutions, maintain high-quality data, and turn business needs into effective operational workflows. You will have the opportunity to grow your technical and analytical capabilities while contributing directly to initiatives that impact how our revenue organization operates.
What You'll Do:
Support cross-functional Revenue Operations initiatives by gathering requirements, analyzing existing processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and helping implement scalable solutions across the GTM organization.
Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Enablement, and other stakeholders to translate business needs into clear operational and system requirements.
Build and maintain Salesforce configurations, including flows, validation rules, assignment logic, reports, dashboards, and other enhancements across the Salesforce ecosystem.
Support the implementation of new GTM processes and business requirements, ensuring solutions align with operational goals, established processes, and key performance indicators.
Support solutions through testing, deployment, and post-launch validation to ensure new processes and system enhancements work as intended and deliver the expected business outcomes.
Analyze GTM and customer lifecycle data to identify trends, surface opportunities, measure performance, and provide actionable insights to business stakeholders.
Build and maintain reports and dashboards that provide visibility into sales performance, customer lifecycle metrics, productivity, and operational effectiveness.
Improve data quality and integrity across revenue systems by maintaining consistent data definitions, reporting logic, documentation, and governance standards.
Identify and implement AI-powered solutions that automate manual processes, accelerate analysis, improve productivity, and create efficiencies across Revenue Operations and GTM workflows.
Troubleshoot system and process issues, investigate root causes, and support day-to-day operational requests through JIRA or similar ticketing and work management systems.
Create and maintain clear technical and process documentation for workflows, system configurations, business requirements, and operational processes.
Participate in agile operating processes, including backlog refinement, prioritization, testing, deployment, and ongoing optimization of Revenue Operations solutions.
Who You Are:
1–3 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Customer Success Operations, Marketing Operations, Business Operations, or a related function.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to use data to investigate business problems, identify trends, and develop actionable recommendations.
Experience building reports and dashboards and translating business data into clear insights for stakeholders. Familiarity with BI or analytics tools such as Tableau is a plus.
Understanding of go-to-market processes, sales metrics, and the customer lifecycle, with an interest in developing deeper expertise across the revenue organization.
You bring an AI-first mindset and experience using tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or similar technologies to improve analysis, documentation, problem-solving, and operational workflows.
Proficiency in Excel or similar analytical tools
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to gather requirements, document processes, and translate between business and technical stakeholders.
Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities and contribute effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
Curious and proactive, with a desire to develop deeper technical, analytical, and operational expertise and take on increasing ownership over time.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Analytics, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
Hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration, administration, or business process automation.
Salesforce Administrator or related Salesforce certification.
Experience with Customer Success, sales engagement, marketing automation, or BI platforms.
Experience with lead routing, lifecycle management, pipeline processes, customer segmentation, or other GTM operational workflows.
Familiarity with SQL, SOQL, APIs, integrations, or advanced data analysis tools.
Experience working in an agile environment or with ticketing and project management tools such as JIRA.
Experience working in a SaaS or subscription-based business.
The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education and work location. In addition, some roles may be eligible for additional on target commission pay or bonus. The compensation package includes health and welfare benefits including paid leave.
