Revenue Operations Manager
Revenue Operations Manager
Our Revenue Operations team is looking for an experienced individual contributor to join our established team.
A successful RevOps Manager makes Revenue Operations simpler, more scalable, and more data-driven. You will be a trusted partner who understands both the business problem and the systems behind it, independently drives solutions from idea through implementation, and continuously improves how our revenue teams work. You will partner closely with Partner Success, Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Partnerships, and leadership to shape how we operate and grow.
What You'll Do:
Own cross-functional initiatives end-to-end, providing critical operational support to the rapidly growing Partner Success organization while contributing to broader Revenue Operations priorities.
Gather business requirements and design scalable solutions across the GTM lifecycle, including customer onboarding and activation, strategic partnership buildouts, and sales process implementations.
Connect customer lifecycle data to revenue operations and forecasting, including retention, expansion, and customer health metrics, while establishing data governance and closing visibility gaps across the revenue organization.
Build executive-level dashboards and reporting that turn customer health, churn, retention, expansion, and operational efficiency data into actionable business insights.
Collaborate with System Administrators across the revenue technology stack to design effective data flows, implement system enhancements, improve data integrity, and drive adoption of new capabilities.
Identify and diagnose friction across the post-sale revenue lifecycle, championing process improvements and translating best practices into scalable processes and operational playbooks.
Partner with Revenue Operations Enablement, Strategic Planning, and GTM Strategy teams to translate business strategy into actionable roadmaps, processes, and scalable operational solutions.
Pioneer and implement AI-driven solutions that improve productivity, automate manual processes, accelerate analysis, and create efficiencies across the revenue organization and broader business.
Serve as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders, leveraging data, systems expertise, and operational insights to influence decisions and drive measurable business outcomes.
Communicate recommendations, project status, risks, dependencies, and outcomes clearly and effectively to stakeholders and senior leadership.
Who You Are:
5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Partner Success, Sales Operations, Customer Success Operations, or a related function, with demonstrated growth into strategic, analytical, and operational ownership.
Understand sales methodologies, post-sale onboarding and customer lifecycle processes, and forecasting mechanics and can connect them across the broader GTM motion.
Bring an advanced analytical mindset and can break down complex or ambiguous business problems, develop clear frameworks for analysis, and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
Strong Salesforce Sales Cloud proficiency, including reporting, flows, account hierarchies, custom objects, and business process automation.
Experience with BI, analytics, or orchestration tools such as Tableau, Cursor, or Ember and have experience developing executive-level dashboards and reporting. Familiarity with data warehouse and integration concepts is a plus.
Led complex, cross-functional projects with ambiguous requirements and know how to bring structure to a problem, define success, manage dependencies, and drive initiatives through completion.
Demonstrated proficiency with AI tools such as Claude and ChatGPT to augment analysis, documentation, problem-solving, and coordination, and you're curious about new ways AI can scale your impact.
Excellent communicator and documenter who can explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences, write clear business and system requirements, and present recommendations that drive decisions.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable with ambiguity. You take ownership of outcomes, proactively identify opportunities, and work effectively both independently and cross-functionally.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Analytics, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience, such as management consulting or comparable strategic and analytical work.
