Project Leader - Internal/Airbus
As a Project Leader you will be responsible for;
Managing the delivery of engineering work packages, ensuring project objectives are achieved in terms of cost, timeline, and quality.
Leading project execution activities while coordinating internal teams and external stakeholders.
Tracking project schedules, budgets, resources, and deliverables to ensure successful completion.
Identifying project risks and implementing mitigation plans to maintain delivery commitments.
Serving as the primary point of contact for project-related communications with customers and project teams.
Applying industry-specific engagement and delivery models to support customer expectations and business objectives.
Driving accountability and ownership for project deliverables and customer commitments.
Facilitating collaboration across engineering and support teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
Supporting continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery efficiency and quality.
Building strong customer and stakeholder relationships through effective communication and leadership.
Qualifications;
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business, Project Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Experience working for an engineering services, consulting, or technical services organization in the United States or internationally.
Demonstrated experience managing the delivery of work packages with responsibility for cost, schedule, and quality.
Knowledge of engineering services engagement models and project delivery methodologies.
Experience leading projects without necessarily managing a work unit or business unit.
Experience within aerospace, automotive, rail, industrial, manufacturing, or other engineering-focused industries is preferred.
Manufacturing or engineering background is preferred.
Salary Range: $90,000 - $100,000 + Bonuses
