About the Role

We're looking for a Product Designer to modernize and elevate our consumer web booking experiences. This is a high-impact, strategic role for someone who thrives in complex systems and brings deep expertise in building elegant, scalable, and customer-centric solutions. As a design leader in this space, you’ll define product direction, shape long-term vision, and drive execution across a critical surface used by millions of customers.

You bring a strong product sense, systems thinking, and a high craft bar—knowing when to go deep to refine an interaction and when to zoom out to guide a larger platform strategy. You’ll lead design across multiple product areas, collaborate with cross-functional leaders, and influence how wellness seekers discover and book services that support their well-being.

What you'll do

Lead the end-to-end design of our consumer web booking experience, setting a modern, cohesive vision across appointment, class, and checkout flows.

Drive strategic product thinking by identifying experience gaps and uncovering new opportunities to increase conversion and consumer delight.

Influence product strategy by co-creating success metrics, aligning user needs with business goals, and shaping the roadmap in partnership with product, engineering, and marketing.

Design for white-label scale on the web — creating theming systems, design tokens, and config-driven patterns so a single, high-quality experience flexes across thousands of business brands without losing craft or coherence.

Ensure our experiences are responsive and performant across browsers and devices, holding a high bar for accessibility and page performance throughout the booking funnel.

Create thoughtful, scalable design frameworks that improve usability and conversion across the booking funnel.

Communicate ideas clearly and persuasively through high-fidelity prototypes, storytelling, and stakeholder engagement.

Establish design excellence through critique, iteration, and upholding a high standard for visual and interaction design across the team.

Who you are

You have 5+ years of product design experience, with a strong track record of leading consumer-facing experiences — booking, scheduling, or e-commerce/checkout experience strongly preferred.

You hold a high craft bar, evidenced by polished, responsive web experiences you've shipped, with care for interaction detail, performance, accessibility, and real-world edge cases.

You bring deep user empathy and product intuition, grounded in both qualitative and quantitative insights.

You balance strategic vision with executional craft, moving from systems thinking to interface details with fluency.

You have experience designing for scale or multi-brand/white-label systems, and have led cross-functional initiatives while navigating ambiguity across multiple product surfaces.

You are a strong design partner who elevates the work of those around you through feedback, coaching, and systems leadership.

You consistently translate complex business goals into intuitive, human-centered experiences that drive measurable outcomes.

You are passionate about empowering people to live healthier lives through thoughtfully designed digital products.
