Pricing Strategy Manager

HubSpot is scaling as an AI-first platform, fundamentally evolving how we deliver value through HubSpot Credits and usage-based pricing. As we accelerate this momentum, our Pricing Strategy team is at the heart of this business transformation, shaping the monetization models that will define our future.

This is a high-visibility role working alongside executive stakeholders at the intersection of Product, GTM, and Corporate Strategy. We are looking for an analytically-driven strategist to build innovative monetization frameworks and value-capture strategies that align with our product evolution. This role offers a unique opportunity to help drive one of the most important strategic shifts in HubSpot’s history on a team that serves as a premier talent engine for leadership across the company.

In this role, you’ll get to:

Help shape and launch pricing frameworks for our AI-first platform and the evolution of HubSpot Credits.

Direct cross-functional plans to transition customers from legacy pricing models to modern frameworks.

Synthesize data and lead monthly performance reviews with executive leadership to ship critical pricing decisions.

Partner across Product, GTM, Finance, and Engineering to bring monetization initiatives from concept to global launch.

Help define monetization roadmaps and support the key initiatives required to achieve that vision.

Design and run primary pricing research (e.g., Conjoint, Van Westendorp) to ensure packaging solves for the customer.

Analyze product usage, retention, and financial datasets to forecast the impact of proposed pricing changes.

Utilize AI tools and establish global pricing guidelines to accelerate research and decision-making.

We are looking for people who have:

4+ years of strategic experience in Pricing Strategy, Monetization, Management Consulting, Corporate Strategy, GTM Strategy, or Product Management

Excellent verbal and written communication skills. The ability to communicate effectively with and influence the decisions of stakeholders from individual contributors up to executive leadership.

Deep interest or background in monetization models, specifically usage-based or credit frameworks.

Proficiency in interpreting complex datasets (usage, retention, adoption) to make timely, data-backed decisions.

A proven ability to collaborate across teams and effectively present recommendations to senior stakeholders.

The ability to drive clarity and maintain momentum in a fast-paced environment where information is often incomplete.

An ownership mentality and strong organizational skills to lead execution across strict project deadlines.

A commitment to "solving for the customer" even when designing complex financial or model transitions.

Bonus points if you have:

Experience in high-growth B2B SaaS or tech strategy consulting.

Hands-on experience with quantitative pricing research techniques (e.g., conjoint, monadic pricing surveys, A/B testing).

Experience specifically within GTM strategy or Product within the tech sector.
