Premium Agent Network Officer
How you'll help us achieve it
We’re hiring a Premium Agent Network Officer to join our team in Abidjan. Reporting to the Premium Agent Network Manager, you'll help identify, train, roll out, and manage a network of premium agencies across Côte d'Ivoire.
In this role, you'll;
Help in the assessment and selection of the premium agent outlet by identifying opportunities with other teams for new premium outlet locations and the acquisition of required outlets according to the set agent selection criteria and guidelines.
Gather requirements and obtain approval for the premises by gathering all requirements and selecting the right premises, negotiating and obtaining approval for contracting with the landowner for the required space for the premium outlet.
Set up the premium outlet, coordinate all responsible stakeholders to ensure that each approved premium outlet point is set up within the agreed time frame (contractor is assigned and signs a contract), local licensing is done, all requirements are provided, and as per the approved checklist, including branding.
Train the Premium Agents and their assistants by ensuring that the Premium Agent has been trained and assessed on the understanding of the product as per the agent training manual and checklist.
Assess the final business premise and hand it over to the Premium Cash Officer:
Approve the completed outlet for handover to the agent management and liquidity sales team
Conduct handover and initial training as per the handover checklist provided.
Ensure any below-the-line activations have been done to activate the outlet location.
Manage the premium agents’ achievement vs. targets through reports on emerging issues and daily monthly, quarterly/annual performance report analysis, customer feedback, and mystery shopping exercises among other ways.
Oversee premium outlets’ churn and ongoing maintenance by continually monitoring and ensuring proper maintenance of Wave outlets and equipment in all outlets, fixing and replacing what is broken or lost as per internal policy to maintain all outlets as per proper standard.
Monitor partnership contracts:
Ensure that multi-risk insurance contracts are included for all newly built premium agencies before operations launch.
Manage contracts with maintenance service providers.
Maintain a good relationship with Premium agent partners and landlords by tracking rents payments and share evidence with outlets owners.
Key details
Location: You'll work from our office in Abidjan, with frequent travels to the upcountry.
Work authorization in Côte d'Ivoire is required.
This is a permanent position.

Requirements
2+ years of experience in a similar position.
Fluency in French and a decent level of English.
Located in the desired or willing to relocate.
Being able to speak local languages is a plus.
Good knowledge of supervision and monitoring of building works is a real asset.
In-depth knowledge of our product and agent network since the candidate will be required to explain the product to agents and other stakeholders.
