Essential Job Duties
The Partner Program Manager supports the execution and day-to-day operations of partnership programs that shape the partner experience. This role helps maintain partner-facing tools and documentation, coordinates program updates, tracks performance data, and supports workflows across both technical and business-facing teams. Working closely with senior program leadership and partners across Product, Engineering, Operations, and Sales, this role provides the organization and operational support needed to keep partner programs running smoothly. This position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, eager to learn the mechanics of partner ecosystems, and ready to take increasing ownership as they build their program knowledge.
You will:
Build a strong working knowledge of BambooHR’s partnership programs, partner personas, tools, and workflows while supporting day-to-day program administration.
Maintain accurate partner-facing documentation, internal resources, user guides, and program materials.
Assist with configuring, testing, and troubleshooting partner-facing tools and platforms, resolving routine issues and escalating more complex concerns appropriately.
Support the mapping and documentation of partner journeys and internal workflows, helping identify friction points and opportunities to improve the partner experience.
Coordinate routine updates, meetings, timelines, dependencies, and action items across Product, Engineering, Operations, Sales, and other cross-functional teams.
Compile, organize, and report on program data and KPIs, including partner adoption, tool utilization, and satisfaction.
Support recurring reporting processes and help ensure stakeholders have accurate and timely visibility into program performance.
Draft and distribute internal and partner-facing communications regarding program, tool, and workflow updates under the direction of senior program leadership.
Communicate progress, risks, blockers, and timeline changes clearly and proactively to relevant stakeholders.
Identify opportunities to improve documentation, workflows, execution accuracy, and the scalability of day-to-day program operations.
What You Need to Get the Job Done
1–3 years of experience in partnerships, program coordination, business operations, sales or revenue operations, customer experience, project coordination, or a related area.
Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple requests, deadlines, and recurring responsibilities.
Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate documentation, reporting, and program information.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business-facing teams.
Ability to coordinate cross-functional work, track action items and dependencies, and follow projects through to completion.
Comfort learning and supporting new tools, platforms, workflows, and business processes.
Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to organize data, identify trends, and recognize potential issues.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-moving environment while adapting to evolving priorities.
A collaborative mindset and a strong interest in creating positive experiences for partners and internal stakeholders.
Sound judgment and the ability to recognize when an issue can be resolved independently or should be escalated.
What Will Make Us REALLY Love You
Experience supporting partner, channel, alliance, marketplace, or integration programs.
Experience in partner operations, partner enablement, sales operations, revenue operations, or a similar operational function.
Familiarity with partner relationship management platforms, CRM systems, project management tools, or other partner-facing technology.
Experience testing or troubleshooting business tools and documenting technical processes for end users.
Experience creating user guides, process documentation, workflow maps, or other enablement resources.
Familiarity with partner-program metrics such as adoption, engagement, tool utilization, satisfaction, or partner-sourced performance.
Experience building or maintaining recurring reports and dashboards.
Demonstrated ability to identify workflow friction and recommend practical process improvements.
Experience coordinating work across Product, Engineering, Operations, and Sales teams.
Curiosity about partner ecosystems and a desire to grow a career in partnerships or program management.
