Middle Java Engineer

This role focuses on developing an integrated supply chain event platform. The solution enables data capture across cross-enterprise logistics processes and connects employees across systems. Customers rely on this platform to improve logistics management at key integration points with various system modules.

Responsibilities

Develop and enhance new features under defined technical guidelines

Analyze and resolve technical issues, contributing to performance and stability improvements

Participate in business requirements analysis and support technical design discussions

Collaborate with senior engineers and architects on solution design and implementation decisions

Implement software solutions following best engineering practices, including design, development, integration, and unit testing

Contribute to technical documentation and support end-user documentation when needed

Actively participate as a team member in a Scrum environment, delivering reliable and consistent results

Requirements

3+ years of hands-on experience in Java development

Strong practical experience with Java and Spring Boot

Experience working with REST APIs, messaging systems, and event-driven architectures

Hands-on experience with relational databases (RDBMS) and exposure to NoSQL databases

Solid understanding of object-oriented programming and component-based design principles

Ability to work independently on assigned tasks while collaborating effectively within a team

Intermediate or higher English level, with the ability to clearly communicate ideas and solutions to team members and stakeholders
