Overview:

StackAdapt's Advertising Technology team is seeking an operator-builder who partners with internal and external stakeholders to make AI the default mode of work using StackAdapt AI products and solutions. This individual helps build and influence the underlying platforms and data-access infrastructure to develop AI products and solutions end-to-end. They identify problems, build solutions, deploy them, and hand them off.

The ideal candidate understands AI technology, possesses in-depth knowledge of AI platforms like Claude or ChatGPT, and knows how to translate complex AI concepts into actionable programs. This role requires hands-on execution from initial scoping to impact measurement, ensuring AI-driven solutions generate measurable operational improvements across the organization.

This role succeeds with broad context and visibility across the business.

What You'll Be Doing:

Drive AI-Focused Initiatives: Collaborate with teams and stakeholders to identify high-leverage workflows and transform them with skills tailored to each team's work.

Create AI Solutions: Build and maintain AI solutions such as reusable skills or MCPs and drive adoption.

Coordinate Execution Across Teams: Scope and manage technical projects end-to-end, partnering with AI Automation, Engineering, Product, and other internal stakeholders. Provide structure, track progress, and drive accountability to ensure timely and successful delivery.

Build Upstream Tooling for Data Access: Ship reusable dashboards, skills, and self-serve tooling so partner teams can answer their own questions and reduce the volume of ad hoc data pulls.

Support AI-Native Transformation: Consolidate support, knowledge, and enablement workflows across StackAdapt.

Implement AI Workflows: Coach teams and individuals toward self-sufficiency, from first wins with AI to iterating on their own tools and skills.

What You'll Bring to the Table

Familiarity with AI development tools and platforms (Claude, ChatGPT), with a hands-on practitioner mindset who ships solutions end-to-end.

2–4 years of experience in technical program management, technical operations, analytics, or similar roles.

Able to take a defined problem, break it into scope, priorities, and next steps, and execute against them.

Analytically minded and hands-on with data. Comfortable writing SQL against production warehouses and log stores, defining the metrics that matter, and turning recurring analysis requests into upstream tooling that partner teams can self-serve.

Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams.

Curiosity and the drive to dig into how things work to uncover root causes and spot new opportunities.
