The GTM Systems Architect is responsible for optimizing, scaling, and governing Salesforce to support various cross functional teams. This role combines business analysis, systems expertise, data stewardship, and cross-functional partnership to drive operational excellence across Sales, Customer Experience, Marketing, Legal, Product and Finance.

This individual operates independently, understands complex initiatives end-to-end, and serves as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders on CRM automation, reporting, and process design.

This is a full time role that can be held from one of our US hubs or remotely in the United States.

What you'll do at Figma:

Serve as a subject matter expert for Salesforce-related operational and process inquiries from the partnership team and other cross-functional partners

Respond to and triage complex process questions, identifying root causes and recommending scalable solutions rather than one-off fixes

Partner with stakeholders to refine and evolve workflows based on business needs

Drive and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for Salesforce enhancements, releases, and system changes

Validate that implemented solutions meet functional requirements and business objectives prior to release

Focus primarily on maintaining the Salesforce Partner Ecosystem (Experience Cloud), sitting at the intersection of GTM Systems and Partnerships

Build and maintain scalable processes for partner onboarding, engagement tracking, and revenue attribution

Drive Salesforce adoption and optimize the user experience while maintaining documentation of how our systems are configured

We'd love to hear from you if you have:

7+ years of experience as a Salesforce Systems Administrator with Salesforce Partner Ecosystem Management, including experience supporting Sales or Revenue organizations

Deep understanding of the Salesforce platform and how it can integrate with other tools, along with the ability to build custom apps and objects, formula fields, flows, custom views, and other content of intermediate complexity

Outstanding ability to maintain Salesforce documentation and communicate at all levels of the organization

Strong data management abilities, including working knowledge of SQL/SOQL, and a strong understanding of the core Salesforce data model, along with advanced reporting and dashboard development experience

Demonstrated ability to independently manage multiple concurrent initiatives

While it's not required, it's an added plus if you also have:

Familiarity with a SaaS Go-To-Market business model

Previous experience working in a SCRUM or agile environment

Salesforce certifications
