Your mission as a Growth Marketing Manager

We are looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to build and activate a consistent New Business pipeline engine for Spain, working closely with Marketing and Account Management to turn events, target accounts and dormant clients into high-value opportunities.

A few words about the team

Our Spanish team is fast-moving, highly collaborative and supportive, and we love momentum. We work hard to push the needle, but we do it as a tight-knit group.

We are hands-on, quick on our feet and always ready to test creative ideas to keep our growth trajectory high while having a great time doing it.

What you’ll be doing

Build target account lists, map key stakeholders and support Account-Based Marketing initiatives together with Sales.

Drive commercial activation around owned and third-party events, from pre-event outreach to post-event follow-up and opportunity creation.

Reactivate dormant or underdeveloped accounts to unlock new business potential.

Design outbound sequences, commercial angles and follow-up campaigns for priority accounts and industries.

Adapt global Marketing initiatives to the Spanish market and connect them with local commercial priorities.

Track meetings, opportunities and pipeline generated through events and marketing-led activities.

Improve commercial discipline and pipeline visibility across these initiatives.

You will thrive in this role if

You bring 4–7 years of experience in B2B commercial activation, field marketing, demand generation, ABM or consultative agency environments. Good understanding of market research is a super plus.

You are a natural dot-connector who combines a hands-on execution style with creative commercial thinking.

You understand how to use Account-Based Marketing principles, events and targeted outreach to open doors at priority accounts.

You are comfortable working closely with Sales and contributing directly to pipeline generation.

You are quick to learn, adapt fast to changing priorities and enjoy working in a high-energy team.

This is not a performance marketing role or a traditional BDR position.

What’s in it for you?

Flexibility Policy - Average is 30 days taken, however, we do not have a hard cap of number of vacation days as we know life happens
