Your mission as a Sales Development Representative

We are looking for a Sales Development Representative to to serve as the critical bridge between Marketing and Sales. In this role, you will focus on the top of the sales funnel by building outbound pipelines, managing inbound channels, and qualifying leads through initial discovery calls.

What you’ll be doing

You serve the critical bridge between marketing and sales, focusing entirely on the top of the sales funnel

Proactively build a high-quality outbound pipeline, identifying and approaching new prospects within your target market and contact prospects

Filtering and contacting leads who have interacted with marketing content, the platform or masterclasses. Following up on event registrations. Managing the lead funnel

Management of our inbound channels

Conducting initial discovery calls to identify the potential client’s issues, their market research requirements and budget, as well as their organisational structure.

CRM management: Document all interactions and track data clearly within our HubSpot environment.

You will thrive in this role if

You have 2+ years of experience as a SDR, BDR or similar in B2B sales, ideally within the Market Research industry, and understand how to translate insights into value

You’re a hungry, proactive hunter who enjoys taking ownership of your pipeline and driving results

You have a consultative, empathetic mindset, skilled at understanding client needs and building meaningful relationships

You’re organised, analytical, and data-driven, using structure and insights to guide decisions and improve performance

You have a creative, can-do attitude and are able to think outside the box

You’re naturally curious, coachable, and eager to learn, always looking to grow your commercial skills

You thrive in a collaborative, international environment, contributing to shared goals and an open feedback culture

You are fluent in both German and English (written and spoken)

You are based in Germany, Ideally Hamburg
