This role: We're looking for a Product Management Co-op to support initiatives across our direct-to-consumer commerce ecosystem. You'll work alongside product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders to help ship improvements across our Salesforce Commerce Cloud storefronts and distributor/partner sites. This is a hands-on role for someone who wants to learn how product gets built and delivered at scale across multiple markets and brands.

You'll gain exposure to the full product lifecycle — from intake and discovery through delivery and measurement — while directly supporting internal teams who depend on our commerce platform.

What you'll do:

Support product managers in gathering, documenting, and prioritizing requirements from internal stakeholders across marketing, merchandising, operations, and customer service

Help maintain the product backlog: writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and keeping tickets organized and up to date

Assist with intake for new requests — triaging incoming asks, clarifying scope, and routing work to the right teams

Coordinate across engineering squads and business teams to track delivery status and unblock dependencies

Conduct research on storefront features, distributor site functionality, and competitive/industry practices

Pull and analyze data (ticket volumes, storefront performance, request patterns) to surface insights that inform prioritization

Help prepare stakeholder updates, documentation, and materials for reviews

Participate in agile ceremonies (standups, sprint planning, retrospectives)

What you'll bring:

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field

Strong written and verbal communication skills — you can take a messy problem and write it up clearly

Organized and detail-oriented, comfortable juggling multiple workstreams

Analytical mindset; comfortable working with data and drawing conclusions from it

Curiosity about e-commerce, digital products, and how online storefronts work

Collaborative and proactive — you ask questions and follow through

Familiarity with productivity and collaboration tools (spreadsheets, docs, project trackers)

Nice to Have:

Exposure to Jira, Confluence, or similar project management tools

Interest in or coursework related to e-commerce, UX, or software development

Familiarity with Salesforce or other commerce/CRM platforms

Basic understanding of agile/scrum methodology

Experience with data tools (SQL, spreadsheets, BI dashboards)

What You'll Gain:

Real ownership of meaningful work on a platform serving customers across multiple markets

Mentorship from experienced product managers and engineering leaders

Exposure to enterprise commerce technology and cross-functional product delivery

A view into how large-scale DTC operations run end to end
