[EU] Product Manager – Trading

Responsibilities

Own the end-to-end delivery and continuous optimization of financial trading products on a cryptocurrency exchange.

Maintain deep knowledge of both traditional and crypto derivatives markets; monitor industry trends and analyze operational data of live financial products on crypto exchanges to inform ongoing improvements.

Drive innovative improvements to existing financial products and their underlying logic in response to market evolution.

Collect requirements and issues from users and cross-functional teams; assess and prioritize them, and work with the team to drive resolution.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or above; 5+ years (or 2+ years with a Master's degree) of experience in financial trading products.

At least 1 year of tenure on a successful product, or demonstrated track record of building a successful product from scratch.

Exceptional self-motivation, learning ability, logical thinking, and multi-dimensional data analysis skills.

Passionate, team-oriented, highly responsible, with strong cross-team communication and coordination abilities.

Personal trading experience or strong interest in stocks, futures, forex, or digital currencies.

Strong English communication skills (speaking, listening, reading, and writing).

Prior product experience at a cryptocurrency exchange is strongly preferred.
