UX/UI Designer

Position Overview

We are looking for a UX/UI Designer to participate in the design of fintech and cryptocurrency exchange-related products. This role will be responsible for end-to-end design delivery, from user experience and interaction logic to high-quality visual execution. We are looking for someone with strong visual design, motion design, and emerging technology exploration capabilities to continuously enhance the product experience and overall design quality.

Responsibilities

Responsible for product UX/UI design, including information architecture, user flows, interaction design, and interface visual design;

Able to independently take ownership of design projects such as trading competitions and large-scale campaigns;

Design high-quality interface animations to enhance interaction feedback and user experience;

Collaborate closely with product, engineering, brand, and operations teams to drive design implementation;

Stay up to date with industry trends, AI tools, and design efficiency improvements.

Requirements

Strong UX/UI design skills with end-to-end product design experience;

Excellent visual design capabilities, with the ability to deliver high-quality interface designs;

5–8 years of design experience, with proven experience in mature project delivery;

Strong communication and collaboration skills; English communication and presentation skills are preferred;

Familiar with motion design tools such as After Effects / Rive;

3D design skills are a plus, such as Blender / C4D, or the ability to achieve similar results through AI tools;

Interest in and self-driven exploration of AI design tools and workflows is preferred;

Experience in finance, technology, Web3, or cryptocurrency exchanges is preferred.
