[EU] Product Manager – Institutional Services

Responsibilities

Lead the development of the institutional client service platform. Identify and define dashboard requirements, business needs, and data requirements for institutional and professional clients, and deliver product solutions.

Research and analyze the potential needs of professional and institutional trading clients; identify feature highlights that can enhance the service platform experience.

Work closely with business, engineering, and QA teams to ensure product development stays on track and meets quality standards.

Requirements

Experience with internet-based B2B service products or platform-type products preferred; additional experience with data/BI products is a strong plus.

Excellent documentation skills and logical thinking ability.

Strong sense of responsibility with outstanding communication and coordination skills.

5+ years of relevant work experience; able to independently drive medium-to-large business initiatives.

Excellent English proficiency — able to use English as a working language.

Nice to have: Familiarity with the financial industry, including securities, derivatives, funds, bonds, and other financial products.

Nice to have: Experience with quantitative trading products, blockchain/digital asset trading, or API product development.
