Who we seek:

If you love working on production infrastructure you're welcome to join us! We are looking for an Engineer to join our DevOps team. DevOps is responsible for the R&D platforms which are based on containers and micro-services. Your main focus will be improving the production infrastructure and building the next-level build process, automation methodologies, and tools while working closely with the R&D team. Candidates must be self-motivated individuals who love supporting a passionate and collaborative team, solving problems, coming up with creative solutions, and continually improving company processes and culture.

We will only look at applicants local to Argentina.

What you’ll do:

Take our CI/CD to the next level

Develop, deploy, and optimize cloud-native infrastructure and workloads running on Kubernetes (EKS).

Build, manage, and optimize highly available production environments on AWS.

Improve our cloud-native Terraform modules, Research new technologies and provide overall technical direction for the team

Develop and enhance automation and platform tooling using Python to improve operational efficiency and developer experience.

Build and maintain monitoring, logging, and observability solutions using Datadog, ELK, and other cloud-native tools.

Communicate with teams across the organization on testing strategy and design

Propose improvements to engineering processes to reduce defects and improve production stability.

Work closely with R&D teams in an Agile environment

What you’ll bring:

5+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer

Must have hands on experience in Kubernetes (EKS) and Docker

Must have hands on experience with AWS as a cloud provider

Experience in Python/Bash/Groovy

Hands-on experience with Terraform

Solid grasp of software development life cycle, best practices, and methods across multiple teams: Agile development, DevOps, CI/CD, Kubernetes, team leadership, and mainly test automation

Experience with at least one of Jenkins, Gitlab CI, or Github actions

Experience with Jira, Confluence, Git, Dockers, Relational and non-relational DBs

Excellent communication skills are required for documenting and connecting with other groups

Ability to explore and initiate new ideas, think, and learn independently
