Dev Ops Engineer
The Challenge
We're hiring a DevOps Engineer to own day-to-day work on our development and production environments. You'll work on problems of moderate scope under general direction, contributing directly to the reliability and automation of the OneTrust platform.
Your Mission
Deployment & Automation
Own and execute automation that powers cloud-based product deployments and auto-scaling, with zero-downtime rollback capability.
Maintain and improve continuous integration workflows and deployment scripting.
Reliability & Monitoring
Respond to and troubleshoot issues identified by monitoring and alerting metrics.
Perform Root Cause Analysis for service interruptions and follow incident response protocol.
Maintain SLA compliance for owned systems.
Security & Compliance
Contribute to automation, auditing, and tooling for security, compliance, and resource usage.
You Are
Self-motivated and technically curious, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills — quick to spot trends and patterns and identify root causes.
Your Experience Includes
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
2+ years as a Software Developer, Systems Engineer, or DevOps Engineer.
Experience with infrastructure automation (Ansible, Terraform, or equivalent).
Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools (Jenkins, Gitlab or similar).
Hands-on experience with Kubernetes.
A working understanding of code and scripting (Python, Perl )
Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
Agile development experience (Scrum, XP, or Kanban).
Ability to use open-source technologies and cloud services (Azure, GCP, or AWS).
Hands-on experience using AI-assisted development/work tools (e.g., Claude Code, Devin, Windsurf, or similar) in a professional setting, with genuine enthusiasm for applying AI to accelerate and elevate day-to-day work.
